After more than 25 years with its former preneed company, Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Homes was in no hurry to change things. However, after several friendly conversations, funeral director and sales manager Justin O’Keefe eventually accepted an offer to visit Precoa’s home office in Portland, Ore.
He returned home to the Mississippi Gulf Coast convinced that he had found a company that could provide an immediate boost to his firm’s longstanding preneed program.
“I know a good sales operation when I see one and so I was very excited about this opportunity to work with Precoa,” O’Keefe said.
After doing things the same way for such a long time, change is never easy, but O’Keefe said it didn’t take long for Precoa’s sales support methods to make an impact.
With the Funeral Planning Center scheduling appointments, sales management providing expert guidance, and the Web Portal keeping counselors organized and motivated, Bradford-O’Keefe’s preneed program has surged.
“It’s certainly been beneficial for us,” he said. “Our preneed business has actually increased over 70 percent since coming on with Precoa.”
